Welcome to DeePic (the “Platform”), a specialized service providing AI-assisted tools for the analysis and diagnostics of neurology-related medical imaging. This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of DeePic. By accessing or using the Platform, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be a licensed medical professional such as a radiologist, neurologist, or certified medical practitioner authorized to access and interpret medical imaging data. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
2. Use of the Platform
By using DeePic, you agree to: - Use the Platform only for lawful medical and diagnostic purposes. - Upload only anonymized patient data or ensure compliance with applicable data privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR). - Keep your login credentials secure and not share access with unauthorized users. - Use AI-generated results as decision-support tools, not as standalone diagnostic conclusions.
3. Medical Disclaimer
DeePic offers diagnostic support through artificial intelligence and advanced analytics, but it is not a replacement for clinical judgment. Any decisions or actions taken based on outputs from the Platform remain the sole responsibility of the licensed medical professional.
4. Data Privacy and Security
DeePic is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your data. The platform: - Encrypts all data in transit and at rest. - Operates in compliance with healthcare data regulations. - Does not store or share personally identifiable patient information without explicit consent. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection laws in your jurisdiction when using DeePic.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property on the Platform, including but not limited to algorithms, interfaces, software, and designs, is owned by DeePic or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without express written permission.
6. Account Suspension and Termination
DeePic reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if: - You violate this Agreement. - Unlawful or unauthorized usage is detected. - Required by legal, regulatory, or ethical considerations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeePic shall not be liable for: - Any clinical decisions or actions made using the Platform. - Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform. Use of the Platform is at your own professional discretion and risk.
8. Modifications to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Please review this page regularly.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international principles of contract law and applicable local regulations, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If unresolved, the dispute shall be settled by binding international arbitration, conducted in English, and held in a neutral location agreed upon by both parties.
